How do accounts and reports work?
If you already have a AeoState account, log in before you order. That way checkout uses your account email and the report is added straight to your dashboard — no extra steps.
If you're new, just continue as a guest and pay. After payment we email you a link to set a password and create your account. Once you log in, your reports are saved on your dashboard, organized by website and date.
Which email address is my account tied to? (Stripe Link note)
Your account and report are tied to the email shown at checkout. If you use Stripe Link, Stripe may prefill a different email than the one you expected — so double-check that the email at checkout is the one you actually want to use.
The simplest way to avoid any mix-up is to log in to your AeoState account before ordering. Then checkout is locked to your account email automatically.
What do I actually receive?
Every report is a downloadable PDF with your full diagnosis: every issue, why it matters for AI answers, and the exact fix. Reports stay on your dashboard so you can download them again and compare them over time as you make improvements.
What is your refund policy?
