Manual

Complete customer guidance for free previews, Advanced Reports, Enterprise portals, account settings, billing, support, and role-based app areas.

01

Complete User Manual

What the app does, who uses it, and what each role can accomplish.

Manual Format Summary

This manual follows the same concise help pattern used by in-app Docs: short summaries, direct steps, customer-safe language, role-separated sections, and clear recovery paths.

Use the table of contents to move from orientation to workflows, feature reference, account settings, billing, troubleshooting, FAQ, glossary, and verification notes.

Complete User Manual

The complete manual and customer guide to the public site, accounts, reports, billing, and role-based portals.

Who this manual is for

This manual is for visitors, Advanced customers, Enterprise members, staff users, affiliates, and approved white-label partners who need practical guidance for the customer-visible app.

Use it to understand what each page does, where to start a workflow, what result to expect, and when support or sales should help.

What you can accomplish

  • Request a Free Score Preview for an authorized public business website.
  • Order, read, download, and remeasure with an Advanced Report.
  • Use account settings for profile, preferences, invoices, account export, and account deletion.
  • Open an Enterprise engagement portal when you have authorized organization access.
  • Request support, Enterprise follow-up packages, or a separately scoped managed implementation.
  • Use affiliate and white-label entry points when your account has the right role.

How to read the manual

The sections follow the same language as the in-app Docs drawer. Select a section from the table of contents, then follow the page purpose, steps, states, and recovery notes.

When a behavior cannot be confirmed from visible app behavior, the manual marks it as Needs verification and names the item to confirm.

02

Getting Started

Create the right kind of access and begin with the correct first action.

Recommended first actions

  1. Use the Free Score Preview if you are still deciding whether to buy.
  2. Use Pricing when you are ready to order a Standard or Advanced report.
  3. Use Contact when the need is Enterprise, managed implementation, billing help, or support.
  4. Use Instructions after account activation to find the page that matches what the account owns.

Using the site

Start free, choose the right report, and keep paid work in your private account.

Choose a starting point

  • Use the Free Score Preview when you want a quick headline result before buying.
  • Choose an Advanced Report when one organization needs a self-serve diagnosis and prioritized next steps.
  • Contact Sales when the work spans a larger organization, several stakeholders, multiple properties, additional review needs, or an ongoing program.

The usual customer journey

  1. Enter an authorized public business website and its business category.
  2. Review the free headline result and decide whether the additional detail is useful.
  3. Choose a Standard or Advanced report, or request an Enterprise scope.
  4. Open completed reports from the private account or organization portal.
  5. Apply the recommendations internally or request a separate managed implementation scope.
  6. Use a later report or an Enterprise follow-up package to measure change.

Authorized use only

Submit only a public business website that you own or are authorized to assess. Do not submit credentials, secrets, protected health information, private-network addresses, unpublished customer material, or internal-system details.

A report is decision support for the assessed public presence. It is not legal, financial, security, accessibility, or regulatory certification.

Documentation boundary

This guide explains customer-visible features, deliverables, billing, and workflows. It does not provide non-public company information, customer information, trade secrets, internal operating procedures, internal systems, or information-gathering methods.

Free Score Preview

A point-in-time headline result before you decide whether to order.

What you receive

  • A headline score and grade for the submitted public website
  • A separate confidence indication to help you judge the result
  • A high-level access status
  • An initial priority that shows the kind of improvement opportunity found

Cost and timing

The Free Score Preview is free and does not require a payment card.

A scan may take a few minutes depending on the submitted website and current service conditions.

How you receive your result

Requesting a preview asks for a working business email address and your agreement to the Terms and Privacy Policy and to receiving promotional email. Free mailbox providers and disposable addresses are not accepted.

When the scan finishes, your personal score link is emailed to the address you gave — the emailed link is how you open your score, and it also serves as your saved copy. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder or use the resend button on the page.

Signed-in customers see their result directly on the page and do not need to enter an email address.

Every promotional email includes an opt-out link, and the address is never shared with third parties.

How to use it

Use the preview as a quick orientation, not as the complete diagnosis. Record the website and category you submitted so any later comparison uses the same business context.

A preview is point-in-time. Website changes and changes in the surrounding market can make a later result different.

What remains in the paid report

The complete findings, supporting observations, category-level explanation, prioritized recommended actions, and private downloadable report belong to the paid Advanced Report.

Important limits

  • The preview covers the submitted authorized public website, not private systems or unpublished business material.
  • It does not promise a commercial outcome, placement, citation, traffic level, or future result.
  • Free results are not promised to remain available permanently; use the current on-screen retention notice as the controlling guidance.
03

Navigation

Use the header, footer, Docs drawer, search, account controls, language, and theme settings.

  • Public visitors use Home, Solutions, How it works, Pricing, FAQ, Blog, About, Contact, Privacy, and Terms.
  • Advanced customers use Dashboard, Report targets, Reports & PDFs, Billing, My reports, and Account.
  • Enterprise members use the Enterprise portal, engagement dashboard, Members, Support, and Follow-up reports.
  • Role-aware staff, affiliate, and partner links appear only for authorized accounts.

Navigation and page controls

Move through the public site, private account pages, language controls, and help surfaces.

The header links to Home, Solutions, How it works, Pricing, Contact, Docs, Enterprise, language and theme preferences, and account controls.

The footer repeats product, program, company, legal, FAQ, Blog, and Manual links so help remains available at the end of longer pages.

  1. Select Docs in the header.
  2. Read Help for this page for guidance matched to the page you are on.
  3. Use Search the guide to find a topic by phrase.
  4. Select Browse all topics to open another topic without leaving the page.
  5. Select Close, press Escape, or select the backdrop to return to the page.

Use Language to choose a locale route. The full manual is initially written in English and is locale-ready for translation.

Use Theme to choose Light, Dark, or Automatic when those controls are visible.

After sign-in, account controls expose private destinations such as reports, dashboard, profile, and role-aware links. Every protected destination rechecks access before showing private content.

Signing out closes the active session, returns to the localized homepage, and shows account feedback instead of leaving protected dashboard chrome on screen.

Dashboards

Understand Advanced and Enterprise dashboard areas, states, and next actions.

Dashboard outcomes

The Advanced dashboard answers what to do next with purchased reports, targets, delivered reports, and billing.

The Enterprise portal answers which engagement is active, what report material is available, who can access it, when to select Download Enterprise PDF, and how to request support or follow-up work.

Advanced dashboard and report library

Use the Advanced dashboard to track next actions, report targets, reports, PDFs, and billing.

Dashboard overview

The Advanced dashboard shows the next action for the account, report orders, recent reports, report status, and links to the pages needed to continue.

When no paid package is present, the dashboard guides you to Advanced pricing or a free preview instead of showing private report data.

Report targets

  1. Open Report targets from the dashboard.
  2. Enter the authorized website and business category requested by the page.
  3. For Advanced, enter up to three included competitor targets and the customer's search phrases.
  4. If a target cannot be reached or appears to require sign-in, the form identifies the affected website or competitor entry so you can correct that field before retrying.
  5. Select the submit action to start report production.

Reports and PDFs

Reports & PDFs lists completed paid reports and locked scans that can be upgraded when eligible.

Select Open report to read an online report. Select Download PDF when the page offers an authenticated PDF download.

A row marked Owner report is the website you ordered that report for. A row marked Competitor evidence is a competitor site scanned as part of one of your comparisons.

The same competitor website is scanned again for every report it is compared in, so the history can list that website more than once with the same date and score. Each row is a separate evidence record, labelled with the report it was collected for and the time it ran; competitor evidence is part of the report you purchased, never an extra charge.

The Industry shown on a Competitor evidence row is the industry of the report it was collected for, not the competitor's own industry. Every site in one comparison is measured against the same industry's buyer questions, because that is what makes the scores comparable. The same competitor can therefore appear with a different industry and a different score in each report it was compared in.

Status and empty states

  • Queued means the report request has been accepted.
  • In progress means production is active and the dashboard can be left open or revisited later.
  • Ready means the report is available.
  • Needs attention means a terminal problem stopped production; review the order and contact support if it persists.
  • No reports delivered yet means you can run a free preview or order a Standard or Advanced report.

Enterprise portal guide

Use the Enterprise portal for engagements, reports, members, support, and follow-up requests.

Engagement list

The Enterprise dashboard lists engagements available to the signed-in organization. If no paid engagement is present, the page explains that provisioning may still be finishing and offers support links.

Engagement dashboard

  • The engagement dashboard shows the company name, website context when present, current report status, readiness summary, priority findings, and portal actions.
  • Select Download Enterprise PDF when the reviewed Enterprise report is available as a downloadable document.
  • Select Review findings with us to open Enterprise support for report discussion.

Members

The Members page supports authorized organization access. Add only people who are allowed to view confidential engagement material.

If activation must be handled by support, the page links to Enterprise support instead of promising self-service setup.

Support and follow-ups

  1. Open Support from an engagement.
  2. Enter a clear message in How can we help?
  3. Select the send action and wait for the confirmation or support history update.
  4. Open Follow-up reports when you need a separately scoped quarterly or annual reviewed package.

Getting your Enterprise report generated

The website is captured with the quote; an authorized customer starts collection from the dashboard, and staff review the draft before it is issued.

Your website is part of the quote

Every Enterprise quote records the public website the report will analyze. Sales cannot submit or send a quote without it, so a paid engagement always knows which site to assess.

Generate your report from the dashboard

  1. After payment, accept the emailed invitation to create your account — it opens your Enterprise dashboard.
  2. If the website is missing or wrong, an organization manager can add or correct it at the top of the engagement page.
  3. Click "Generate my report now" on the engagement page. Automated evidence collection usually completes within a few minutes and then places the draft in the staff review queue. It is not customer-ready at that point.
  4. A named staff reviewer checks and issues the report. Only then does the reviewed version appear on the engagement page and in Report history, with its PDF available.
  5. Analyst additions — voice-assistant surface testing and the named competitor benchmark for your industry and keywords — are added as report revisions; every issued version remains available.

Ordering more reports

  • From your dashboard's Orders page you can request a quarterly package of 4 or an annual package of 12 reviewed reports.
  • Each request is reviewed by sales and invoiced at your engagement's approved commercial terms.

If you're signed in to another account

If the invitation link says you're already signed in (for example, on a shared or work browser), use the "Sign out and continue" button shown on that page — no separate browser is needed.

How an Advanced Report works

A self-serve, one-time report journey from preview through customer-timed remeasurement.

Seven customer stages

  1. Start with a free preview for an authorized public website, or go directly to Advanced pricing.
  2. Choose the Standard report or the Advanced report (up to three competitors included).
  3. From Pricing, continue with the selected report to checkout, or run a free scan with nothing attached.
  4. After choosing a report, create the account or sign in first; the order form then asks for the public website and category. Advanced also asks for the customer objective and audience and up to three included competitor domains. When the order starts from a saved preview or report URL, the website is pre-filled so you can confirm it.
  5. Complete the hosted checkout, then receive the paid report in the private account with its PDF when delivery is ready.
  6. Post-delivery support remains available through the support contact flow and email replies for account, billing, delivery, and interpretation of customer-visible findings.
  7. The customer or its agency can implement approved work, or request separately scoped managed implementation; hands-on implementation and ongoing advisory work are not included in the report purchase.
  8. Use Plan–Do–Study–Act: Plan from the baseline and priorities, Do approved work, Study a later like-for-like report, and Act by retaining effective changes and choosing the next priority.

Why remeasure

One report can diagnose and plan, but a later purchase is needed to see what moved after approved work. Reports are customer-timed purchases, not scheduled services.

How an Enterprise engagement works

A confidential, analyst-reviewed journey governed by the approved scope and signed agreement.

Enterprise stages

  1. Discovery confirms objectives, stakeholders, properties, markets, constraints, and intended decisions.
  2. A written scope and objective proposal define deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, responsibilities, resources, direct costs, review, coordination, timing, support, and compliance needs.
  3. The customer approves the proposal and completes the agreed payment before work begins.
  4. Scoped white-glove onboarding coordinates the agreed kickoff, stakeholder alignment, organization and team access, intake, report coordination, and findings handoff.
  5. SSO and SCIM directory provisioning can be included only when the signed agreement includes them for a contracted Enterprise organization; identity setup is coordinated during onboarding and is not enabled by default.
  6. The agreed assessment receives human review, then the customer receives a confidential report, prioritized roadmap, and stakeholder handoff within the approved scope. Competitive analysis is included within that scope, not purchased separately.
  7. Implementation can remain with the customer team or agency, be collaborative, or be delivered under a separate managed implementation statement of work.
  8. A service-level agreement applies only when it is negotiated and written into the signed agreement; support and delivery commitments follow those signed terms.
  9. Existing customers may request quarterly or annual follow-up packages, with cadence, review depth, competitive analysis, and delivery dates separately scoped and invoiced.

Managed implementation

Optional hands-on delivery under a separate agreed scope and price.

What it is

Managed implementation is optional hands-on work to carry out approved report recommendations. It is separately scoped and priced and is not included with an Advanced or Enterprise report purchase unless the signed statement of work expressly says otherwise.

What may be included

  • Rewriting and restructuring approved public content
  • Agreed on-page changes, internal-link improvements, and public business-profile updates
  • Legitimate authority and backlink-opportunity work within the approved scope
  • Implementation of specifically approved recommendations
  • Quality review and validation against acceptance criteria
  • Coordination with the customer’s authorized website owner or delivery team
  • Release planning, handoff notes, and agreed follow-up measurement

Customer inputs usually required

  • A named decision owner and authorized contacts
  • Timely access arranged through the customer’s approved process
  • Brand, legal, compliance, and subject-matter approvals
  • Complete constraints, dependencies, release windows, and acceptance criteria
  • Backups and change controls appropriate to the customer’s environment

Potential cost context

A focused program may be scoped from approximately $3,000 per month as planning guidance, while broader work costs more. This is not a checkout product, fixed rate card, promise, minimum, or offer.

An actual implementation fee is calculated objectively from workload, pages and properties, content and authority work, review, coordination, access requirements, direct delivery costs, and support level.

Commercial and delivery boundary

The statement of work controls inclusions, responsibilities, assumptions, dependencies, approvals, exclusions, schedule, acceptance, validation, support, and price. Work outside that document requires an approved change or a new scope.

A report recommendation is not permission to edit a customer property. No implementation begins until authority, scope, access, and approvals are documented.

Implementation can remain with the customer or its agency, be collaborative, or be delivered under a separate managed implementation scope. The service does not sell, fabricate, or guarantee backlinks, reviews, placements, rankings, citations, or other third-party outcomes.

Feature Reference

Page-by-page reference for the main app modules.

Feature coverage

Each topic explains the page purpose, how to access it, visible actions, expected result, common empty or error state, and related workflow.

Advanced Report

One self-serve report per purchase, with Standard and Advanced evidence scopes.

When Advanced is a good fit

Choose Standard for ChatGPT answer evidence. Choose Advanced for a focused five-engine assessment, a prioritized improvement list, and comparison with up to three included competitors.

Workflow

  1. Run a preview or go directly to Standard and Advanced pricing.
  2. Choose the Standard report or the Advanced report (up to three competitors included).
  3. Review the complete live quote, then pay once at checkout.
  4. After payment, the purchase creates one report order. It is not an extra report or a second charge.
  5. The authorized public website, its business category, and — for Advanced — up to three included competitors are confirmed on the order form before checkout. Advanced also requires the customer objective and audience.
  6. The order form checks URL syntax, private/app surfaces, public network reachability, and whether the first page returns a public response suitable for measurement before checkout.
  7. Plain text, numbers, credentials, unsupported schemes, private-network addresses, app or login pages, unsupported responses, and unreachable domains are rejected with an on-page message that identifies the affected entry. An invalid entry never reaches checkout.
  8. Open the completed report in the private account and use the PDF when an offline copy is needed. The first PDF download may show a preparation state while the private file is generated or retrieved.
  9. Apply the prioritized actions, then purchase a later report to measure progress when ready.

Production, reports, orders, and invoices

After submission, Overview shows the request as queued, in progress, ready, or needs attention. Active work refreshes automatically; there is no need to order the same report again while it is in progress.

The dashboard shows whether the purchased report is processing, delivered, or delayed. Each order produces exactly one report.

Reports & PDFs lists completed online reports and authenticated PDF downloads. Billing lists amounts paid, payment status, and invoice history.

What the report includes

  • Overall score, grade, and confidence shown as separate signals
  • A category overview that helps explain the overall result
  • A page-one verdict connecting website readiness, observed provider outcomes, and the grade evidence
  • For Advanced, 50 tailored buyer questions frozen for that report and measured once across five providers with live web search
  • One shared website-readiness assessment derived from the measured public website
  • Five provider-specific observed visibility per-engine cards with completion, named, top-three and citation counts, exact models, stored evidence and transparent arithmetic
  • A second opinion on the grade: where the evidence argues it is too harsh, where it is fair, and what to read with care
  • Prioritized findings with supporting observations
  • Recommended actions organized so a customer can decide what to address first
  • Up to three included competitors in Advanced
  • A private online report and a PDF version

How to read it

Begin with the summary and highest-priority findings. Treat the overall score as an orientation, then use the finding detail and recommendations to plan work. Confidence explains how cautiously to interpret the result; it is not an additional performance score.

For Advanced, compare patterns and relative priorities across the included competitors. The comparison is part of the same report.

Fictional example

Suppose northstar-studio.example receives an illustrative score of 72/100, Grade C, with medium confidence. Its summary says the public website explains the core service clearly but leaves several trust and answer-readiness opportunities unresolved.

The example report might place one missing proof point first, a consistency improvement second, and a clearer service explanation third. A purchased comparison could show that fictional rival brightpath-studio.example communicates one of those proof points more clearly.

These names, numbers, and findings are invented only to show how a report is read. They are not a real customer, competitor, measurement, or copied report.

Limits and exclusions

  • An Advanced Report is a point-in-time diagnostic and does not guarantee a ranking, citation, traffic, revenue, or other future outcome.
  • The tailored questions are not statistics from provider consumer-query logs.
  • Named provider-model results with live search may differ from consumer chat applications.
  • It does not assess private systems, unpublished content, or information outside the agreed public website scope.
  • Hands-on implementation, ongoing advisory work, and a broader Enterprise engagement are not included.
  • Recommendations still require customer judgment, approval, and appropriate specialist review before changes are released.

Support and implementation after delivery

Delivery does not end customer support. Use the support contact flow and email replies for account, billing, delivery, and interpretation of customer-visible findings; this is not unlimited consulting or hands-on delivery.

The customer or its agency may implement approved recommendations, or the customer may request a separately scoped managed implementation service. Hands-on implementation and ongoing advisory work require their own agreed scope.

Enterprise Report

A scoped, analyst-reviewed engagement for broader, complex, or higher-assurance needs.

When Enterprise is a good fit

  • Several websites, brands, locations, markets, or stakeholder groups may affect the work
  • The customer needs an agreed scope, review process, organization access, and confidential delivery
  • Competitive, strategic, regulatory, timing, or coordination needs go beyond a self-serve Advanced Report
  • The customer may want an implementation plan or recurring reviewed follow-up package

Engagement workflow

  1. Discovery confirms the business objective, stakeholders, properties, markets, constraints, and intended decisions.
  2. A written proposal defines deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timing, responsibilities, and an objective quote.
  3. After approval and payment, scoped white-glove onboarding coordinates the agreed kickoff, stakeholder alignment, organization and team access, intake, report coordination, and findings handoff.
  4. The agreed assessment and review are completed within the approved scope.
  5. The customer receives a confidential Enterprise Report and a prioritized action roadmap.
  6. Stakeholders choose internal implementation or request a separate managed implementation scope.
  7. An existing customer may later request a quarterly or annual follow-up package.

Typical report sections

  • Executive view of the current position and most important decisions
  • Readiness and public-presence findings within the agreed scope
  • Competitive position and material comparison themes
  • Market, search, or conversational context when included in the proposal
  • Prioritized findings, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
  • A phased roadmap with ownership and sequencing guidance
  • Implementation status or follow-up comparison when the engagement includes it
  • Scope, assumptions, confidence, and limitations needed for responsible interpretation

Competitive analysis is included

Competitive analysis is included within the agreed Enterprise scope. It is not ordered as a separate Enterprise competitor report. The proposal identifies the relevant competitors, markets, properties, and depth so the work can be priced and reviewed as one engagement.

A follow-up package also keeps competitive analysis inside its agreed scope; the customer does not need to buy separate competitive reports.

Delivery and confidentiality

Enterprise reports, organization membership, support discussions, proposals, and billing documents are available only to authorized participants. Customers should share them according to their own access and confidentiality rules.

Contracted access and service terms

SSO and SCIM directory provisioning can be included only when the signed agreement includes them for a contracted Enterprise organization. Identity setup is coordinated during onboarding and is not enabled by default.

A service-level agreement applies only when it is negotiated and written into the signed agreement. Support, response expectations, and delivery commitments follow the approved scope and signed agreement.

Limits

The signed proposal and statement of work control the deliverable. An Enterprise Report is still point-in-time decision support and does not guarantee a placement, citation, traffic level, revenue result, or regulatory outcome.

Approval, referral tracking, merchant roles, Stripe setup, separate readiness states, payout timing, refunds, and support for partner programs.

Approval and referral tracking

Stripe onboarding is available only after an affiliate application is approved. An active referral link begins tracking independently of Stripe onboarding: onboarding affects payout readiness, does not create past referrals, and does not guarantee future eligible commissions.

Customer-facing merchant roles

On the AeoState default domain, AeoState is the customer-facing merchant and an eligible affiliate commission is a later transfer. On an approved white-label domain, the connected partner is the customer-facing merchant: its customer charge settles directly to its connected balance, while AeoState’s share is handled separately.

Embedded Stripe setup

Choose the country of legal residence or business registration carefully because it becomes immutable when the connected account is created. The existing embedded Stripe components collect identity, business, and bank information.

Separate readiness states

  • Card-payment readiness controls whether white-label checkout can accept customer payments.
  • Recipient-transfer readiness controls whether the account can receive AeoState commission transfers.
  • Bank-payout readiness controls Stripe-to-bank payouts. A card-ready account can still be transfer-pending; only a fully ready account has all three capabilities.
  • Restricted and disabled states require action in the embedded Stripe tools and must not be treated as ready.

Conditional timing

Eligible default-domain commissions remain protected for 30 days. Only when automatic commission transfer is available and eligibility checks pass does the commission transfer to the connected balance; Stripe then uses that account’s bank payout schedule. White-label customer charges settle directly and follow the connected account’s own availability and payout timing.

Refunds, disputes, and replay safety

A partial refund prorates the commission. A full refund or lost dispute cancels an unpaid commission or reverses the required amount after transfer, and a pending dispute can delay eligibility. Retry and replay processing must not duplicate a commission transfer or reversal.

Support and sensitive information

Refresh the status, retry the embedded action, then contact support with a non-sensitive affiliate or account reference. Never send bank login credentials, full bank account or routing numbers, or identity documents to AeoState support. Support cannot change the immutable country or bypass Stripe verification.

Settings

Profile, account, preferences, report language, invoices, export, deletion, and partner settings.

Important settings notes

  • Report language controls future translated customer-facing report prose where translation is available.
  • Account export downloads app-held account and report data.
  • Partner settings are visible only to approved white-label owners.
  • Notification settings: Needs verification before adding instructions.

Account settings and preferences

Manage profile information, report language, invoices, account export, and account deletion.

Open account settings

  1. Sign in.
  2. Select Account settings from the account controls or open Account from a private page.
  3. Review the Profile, Preferences, Invoices, Data export, and Delete account areas that are available to your account.

Profile and security

The Profile area shows the account email, account age, report count, order count, accepted terms date when present, and links to reports.

Identity details such as email, password, passkeys, multi-factor settings, and sessions are managed through the embedded sign-in profile surface. Full names may include spaces; if a saved name looks incomplete, reopen the profile editor and contact support with the exact name entered.

The same Manage account surface has an MCP token / API key entry in its side menu, where you create, copy once, and revoke the personal key that connects MCP hosts and your own scripts to your account. See the MCP server topic for the steps.

When adding another email address, the page prevents a duplicate email that is already on the account before a verification request is sent.

Avatar and preferences

  • Select Upload photo to change the profile image shown by account controls.
  • Select Remove photo when an uploaded image should no longer be used.
  • Choose whether to receive product updates and AI visibility research.
  • Choose report language for future translated customer-facing report prose.

Invoices, export, and deletion

  • Use invoice links when the Invoices card is visible for your account.
  • Select Export my data to download an account export file that includes app-held account and report data.
  • Use Delete account only when you intend to close the account. The page asks for confirmation before the request is sent.

Needs verification

Notification settings are not visible in the inspected account page. Confirm separately before adding notification instructions.

Accounts, privacy, and report access

Keep reports private and use the current legal notices for data, retention, and account rules.

Account access

Advanced account access follows an eligible purchase and account activation. Enterprise access follows an approved paid-engagement invitation. Reports, proposals, organization details, and billing documents are available only to authorized users for the relevant account.

Protect the account

  • Use an individual account rather than sharing sign-in credentials.
  • Invite only people who are authorized to see the organization’s work.
  • Remove access when a person no longer needs it.
  • Contact support if an invitation, report, or organization appears under the wrong account.
  • Never send credentials or payment details in a support message.

Report access and retention

Download an offline copy when the report is needed for long-term records. Reports are not promised to remain available permanently. The current on-screen notices, Privacy Policy, and Terms control retention, deletion, account closure, and legal rights.

Privacy, refunds, and requests

Use the current Privacy Policy for information about personal data and account requests. Use the current Terms and checkout terms for purchase, delivery, refund, and service rules. If a report or payment appears incorrect, contact support promptly with the order email and non-sensitive reference details.

Admin And Organization Features

Role-based staff, Enterprise organization, affiliate, and white-label partner access.

Permission rule

Visible links are convenience links only. Protected destinations verify access before showing private material.

Admin, organization, affiliate, and partner features

Understand role-based areas without exposing private operational details.

Role-aware access

Private role links appear only when the account has the relevant access. A visible link is only a convenience; each destination checks authorization before showing private material.

Direct visits to staff-only admin addresses return non-staff accounts to their dashboard with an access notice instead of exposing staff console details.

Staff admin

Staff users may see an Admin destination for pricing, quote, affiliate, or operational review tasks. The manual intentionally keeps staff procedures at a customer-visible level.

Staff invitation controls appear only while the account is active in the AeoState Staff Organization as an administrator.

Affiliate review rows show the application status, referral metrics, and the full decision lifecycle. Sales users can inspect the queue. Administrators record approvals, rejections, suspensions, or restorations; rejection and suspension decisions require an operational reason. After a transition, the updated row may remain visible with its new status until the selected filter is refreshed, and the success notice can be dismissed or will clear automatically.

Enterprise organization access

  • Enterprise members use organization-aware pages for engagement reports, members, support, and follow-up requests.
  • Organization membership should be limited to authorized participants.
  • Contact support if the wrong organization, report, or invoice appears.

Affiliate and white-label partner access

Affiliates use the affiliate destination for program guidance and role-aware account links. Approved white-label partners use partner settings to manage customer-facing brand and domain settings when their role allows it.

Organization profile, members, and invitations

Update the organization profile, invite people, review pending invitations, and manage access from Organization settings.

Update the organization profile

  1. Open Profile, open Organization settings, and select General.
  2. Organization admins can update the organization name and logo in the organization profile widget.
  3. If no logo is set, the widget shows the organization's initial in a colored avatar; that is the expected fallback, not an extra input.

Open member settings

  1. Open Profile, open Organization settings, and select Members.
  2. Use the Members tab for active members and the Invitations tab for pending invitations.

Invite with least privilege

  • Select Invite, enter one or more email addresses, and choose a role for each person.
  • Use Member for standard access. Grant Admin only when the person must manage organization settings or members.
  • Existing members and addresses with a pending invitation are not sent another invitation.

Understand the result

  • The native success state confirms that invitations were sent; it does not mean recipients accepted them.
  • If the invitation form reports a problem, correct the listed address or role and try again.

Revoke an invitation or remove a member

Revoking a pending invitation invalidates that link; it does not remove an active member. Remove the member separately to end existing access.

09

Billing And Purchases

Standard and Advanced purchases, invoices, Enterprise quotes, follow-ups, and payment recovery.

Billing boundaries

  • Advanced is paid once per report and has no automatic renewal.
  • The live quote shown before checkout is authoritative.
  • Enterprise work is controlled by approved scope, quote, invoice, and agreement.
  • Follow-up packages are separate quarterly or annual requests for existing Enterprise engagements.

Advanced pricing and billing

One report per purchase, paid once, with no automatic renewal.

The simple version

Standard and Advanced are not subscriptions. Choose one report and pay once. There is no automatic renewal.

Each purchase creates one report order, and the completed report is that purchase — not an extra report or a second charge.

Advanced includes up to three competitors at no extra charge.

Choose one report

  1. Choose Standard for $25 or Advanced for $279.
  2. Each payment buys one report; Advanced includes up to three competitors.
  3. Review the live quote in the order summary. The live quote shown there is authoritative.
  4. Before redirecting to the hosted payment page, the app checks that the approved live quote amount and currency still match the payment session it is about to create. If they do not match, checkout stops and asks you to refresh the quote.
  5. Continue with the selected report to review consent and begin checkout. Run a free scan when you want a preview before buying.

Report labels in plain English

  • Standard: one $25 report with ChatGPT and search evidence.
  • Advanced: one $279 report with five engines and up to three competitors.
  • Pay once for one report. No automatic renewal.

Current standard price examples

The Standard report is $25 (one report, one engine). The Advanced report is $279 (one report, five engines) and includes up to three competitors at no extra charge. There are no multi-report packages: buy another report whenever you want to re-measure, and it compares itself with your previous one automatically.

These examples show the current standard calculation before any applicable tax or specifically approved adjustment. The live quote displayed before checkout is authoritative if it differs.

One-time price per report
ReportPrice
Standard — one engine (ChatGPT)$25.00
Advanced — five engines, up to 3 competitors included$279.00

Worked examples

  • One Standard report: $25.00 total.
  • One Advanced report, with up to three competitors included: $279.00 total.

Ordering later reports

Each purchase creates one new point-in-time report. Advanced includes up to three competitors. Nothing creates an automatic schedule or automatic charge.

If a purchase begins from a preview, the paid report covers that same website.

Buy another report whenever the customer is ready to remeasure. The new report automatically compares itself with the previous one (movement, questions won and lost, sources changed); nothing renews and nothing is a subscription.

Billing questions

Review the order summary before payment. The checkout total, invoice, current Terms, and any written approved adjustment control the transaction. Contact support with the order email and invoice reference for a billing question; never send payment credentials.

Hosted payment-provider screens use the provider's locale support. AeoState sends a supported locale when one exists and localizes the app-owned product label, but provider-controlled labels and text direction may fall back for unsupported languages.

Enterprise pricing context

Typical market budgets provide context; every actual customer quote is objectively scoped.

Typical market context

The following broad figures are market context only. They help a buyer plan a conversation; they are not the service’s rate card, a promise, a minimum, or a substitute for a written quote.

  • Focused analyst-reviewed audits: commonly about $2,000–$4,000
  • Broader competitive or strategic audits: commonly about $5,000–$10,000
  • Complex Enterprise or regulated audits: often about $10,000–$30,000+
  • Substantial managed implementation: often $3,500–$10,000+ per month

How an actual quote is formed

Every actual quote is calculated objectively from the agreed scope, complexity, required work, review effort, resources, direct costs, support, timing, coordination, and compliance needs.

Customer size affects a quote only where it changes those delivery inputs—for example, the number of properties, markets, stakeholders, approval steps, or amount of work. Pricing is not based on competitor pricing, what another provider charges, or a presumed willingness to pay.

What the report quote commonly covers

  • Discovery and scope confirmation
  • The agreed assessment and review
  • The confidential report and prioritized roadmap
  • The agreed stakeholder readout or handoff
  • The support, revision, and delivery boundaries written into the proposal

What is normally separate

Hands-on implementation, work outside the approved properties or markets, additional rounds, special coordination, and later follow-up reporting are separate unless the written proposal expressly includes them. The approved proposal and invoice always control.

Enterprise follow-up packages

Quarterly or annual reviewed follow-ups for an existing Enterprise engagement.

Available cadences

  • Quarterly package: four reviewed reports for planned checkpoints across the year
  • Annual package: twelve reviewed reports for a monthly measurement rhythm across the year

What a follow-up can show

  • Movement since the prior agreed baseline
  • Updated priority findings and recommended next actions
  • Progress against the agreed roadmap
  • Competitive changes within the approved scope
  • Items that need customer review, implementation, or a change of scope

Competition stays included

Competitive analysis remains included within the agreed follow-up scope. It is part of each reviewed report in the package, so a customer does not order separate competitive reports.

Scope and billing

Follow-up packages are available to existing Enterprise engagements after scope confirmation. The quarterly and annual options each receive an approved scope, quote, and invoice. They are not automatic renewals.

The approved scope defines the properties, competitors, markets, cadence, review depth, stakeholders, support, assumptions, and delivery schedule. Quarterly packages provide four reviewed reports and annual packages provide twelve reviewed reports; cadence and delivery dates are separately scoped and invoiced.

Troubleshooting

Practical recovery help for sign-in, missing data, permissions, payments, loading, and forms.

When to contact support

Contact support when a report, invoice, engagement, member access, or order appears wrong after you have checked the signed-in email and refreshed the page.

Troubleshooting

Recover from common sign-in, report, billing, loading, permission, and form problems.

Cannot sign in

  • Use the same email address used for checkout or invitation.
  • If you paid as a guest, create the account with the checkout email instead of creating a second unrelated account.
  • If the session expired, sign in again from the protected page.
  • Contact support if the account still cannot find paid reports or engagement access.

Missing reports or empty dashboard

  • Check Reports & PDFs and My reports if both are available to the account.
  • After payment or invitation, wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
  • Open Account to confirm you are signed in with the expected email.
  • Contact support with the order email and a non-sensitive reference if the report remains missing.

Payment, invoice, or order issue

  • Review Billing for report purchases, paid amounts, status, and invoice links.
  • Do not repeat checkout for an active report request that is already queued or in progress.
  • Use Contact support for billing questions. Never send payment credentials.

Form or page problem

  • Use a complete public business website address and the most specific business category you can provide.
  • If search or filters show no result, clear the query and try a broader phrase.
  • If a page remains loading, refresh and sign in again if prompted.
  • Try a current desktop or mobile browser if a control does not respond.

Permission denied

Permission messages usually mean the account is signed out, using the wrong email, missing the required organization role, or trying to open material from another account. Return to the dashboard or contact support.

Help and support

Use the right support path for a report, account, billing, or scoped-service question.

Before contacting support

  • Identify the page, account, report, engagement, or invoice involved.
  • Describe what happened and the outcome you expected.
  • Include a non-sensitive reference and the approximate time if relevant.
  • Use plain text in contact and support fields. Do not include HTML, scripts, credentials, secrets, protected health information, private internal details, or full payment information.

Choose the right path

  • Use account or billing support for access, invitation, report-delivery, invoice, or payment questions.
  • Use Enterprise support for an active engagement, organization membership, report discussion, or follow-up request.
  • Use Contact Sales for a new Enterprise scope or separate managed implementation discussion.
  • Use the Privacy Policy and Terms for account rights, retention, purchase, and service rules.

Information support cannot provide

Support can explain customer-visible features, results, billing, and agreed scope. It cannot disclose non-public company information, another customer’s information, trade secrets, internal procedures, internal systems, vendor arrangements, or information-gathering methods.

Reading a report responsibly

Ask support to clarify what a customer-visible section means or whether an item is inside the written scope. Support cannot promise a future placement or business outcome, replace the customer’s professional advisers, or authorize changes to a customer property.

Localization Notes

How the manual behaves across locale-prefixed app routes.

Current language behavior

The app supports English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Turkish, and Portuguese locale routes.

The complete manual remains authored in English until qualified locale review is complete. Contextual documentation can provide route-specific localized guides from the app's per-locale docs files, including RTL layout for Arabic.

Hosted payment-provider screens follow the provider's locale support. The app passes supported locales and localized product labels, while unsupported provider locales may fall back in provider-controlled text and layout.

Future translation requirements

  • Translate the stabilized manual into each supported app language.
  • Preserve exact UI labels for each locale.
  • Review Arabic manually for RTL reading quality.
  • Portuguese uses the Portugal flag in the language selector and follows the same locale-prefixed routing as the other app languages.
14

Verification Checklist

Pages, workflows, roles, inferred behavior, and items needing manual confirmation.

Manual checks included

  • Pages inspected.
  • Workflows covered.
  • Roles checked at source level.
  • Features inferred from customer-visible code.
  • Items needing confirmation marked as Needs verification.

Manual verification checklist

What was inspected, what is inferred from source, and what still needs confirmation.

Pages inspected

  • Public pages: Home, Solutions, How it works, Pricing, FAQ, Blog, About, Contact, Privacy, and Terms.
  • Account pages: sign-in, sign-up, create account, instructions, account, profile, My reports, dashboard, report targets, reports, billing, report, and print.
  • Enterprise pages: engagement list, engagement dashboard, members, support, follow-up requests, and report PDF action.
  • Program pages: affiliate, partner, and partner settings.
  • Staff and QA pages were inspected at a source level only.

Workflows covered

  • Free preview request and result access.
  • Advanced purchase, first report, orders, report reading, PDF download, and billing history.
  • Account preferences, report language, account export, and deletion.
  • Enterprise report access, members, support, and follow-up request paths.
  • Affiliate and white-label entry points.

Needs verification

  • Live checkout, invoice email, and payment-provider screens should be checked in the intended deployment.
  • Notification settings are not visible in the inspected account page.
  • Role-specific Enterprise and staff behavior should be verified with real authorized accounts.
  • Full translations should be reviewed by qualified language reviewers before replacing English fallback.
15

Missing Information And Assumptions

Known confirmation gaps and assumptions behind the current manual.

Assumptions

  • The guide uses the same concise help format as in-app Docs.
  • Customer-visible labels are treated as accurate unless the page marks behavior as loading, empty, unavailable, or needing support.
  • Payment-provider hosted screens, role-specific staff behavior, and live Enterprise organization behavior need deployment review.
  • Screenshots were not added because the existing Docs style is text-first and no screenshot set was supplied.
