These Terms govern access to Famitek Co scans, reports, report orders, affiliate tools and white-label services. By using or purchasing the service, you agree to them.
Last updated: July 28, 2026Service and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping connected accounts secure.
Famitek Co analyzes public website information and produces decision-support reports. Scores, comparisons and recommendations are estimates based on available evidence, not guarantees of ranking, traffic, revenue or inclusion by any AI engine.
V1 public-data and regulated-data boundary
AeoState v1 evaluates authorized public websites only. You may use the service only for websites you own or are authorized to evaluate. V1 does not require access to internal systems, private networks, electronic health records or customer credentials.
AeoState v1 is not HIPAA compliant. Famitek Co does not offer a business associate agreement (BAA) for v1. Do not enter, submit, provide or upload protected health information (PHI), credentials, secrets, private-network addresses or internal-system details.
Free scans and paid reports
A free scan provides a limited score and preview. Detailed findings, evidence and recommendations are part of the paid report. A purchased report is restricted to the website and scope described at purchase, subject to reasonable security and abuse controls.
Account email consent and report retention
Creating a Advanced account and completing a purchase requires separate acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy and agreement to receive email updates and promotional material from AeoState, Famitek Co, and Famitek Co related websites and applications. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops promotional email but does not stop billing, security, service, report, or retention messages.
If a customer is no longer a member, including when the customer has not logged in for 90 days or closes the account, saved reports enter a 30-day grace period. We send a retention reminder to the account email. A verified login cancels an inactivity-based grace period; otherwise report payloads and PDF files are deleted after the grace period. Transaction and accounting records follow their separate retention periods.
Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases. You authorize the payment processor to charge the displayed amount and are responsible for applicable taxes. Discounts cannot be combined unless Famitek Co expressly permits it.
No-refund policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Dissatisfaction with a score or recommendation does not create a refund right.
If a Advanced bundle refund is legally required, its volume discount is invalidated: the refund is the original report subtotal actually paid minus consumed reports valued at the full single-report list price captured on the order, never less than zero. Independently priced add-ons are calculated from their own purchase and usage records. Refunded remaining credits are revoked; consumed credits are never restored.
Approved white-label affiliates must complete Stripe Connect merchant, identity and bank-account onboarding. Eligible customer payments are created directly on the affiliate’s connected account: the affiliate’s percentage remains in that Stripe balance and Famitek Co’s share is collected as an application fee. Refunds proportionally reverse both shares. Stripe controls verification, negative-balance responsibility under the approved account configuration, and bank payout timing.
Cancellation
You may stop using Famitek Co or cancel any recurring service offered by Famitek Co at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Cancellation does not refund prior charges. Report purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Affiliate Program Terms
The recurring commission is 30% of the net amount actually collected on every eligible payment by a properly attributed customer, excluding taxes, discounts, refunds, chargebacks and reversed or fraudulent transactions. While the affiliate remains approved and in good standing, each later eligible Owner or Competition Report purchase by that customer earns a separate commission.
A customer account is assigned to the first qualifying affiliate referral recorded at conversion and remains attributed to that affiliate unless Famitek Co revokes or corrects the attribution for fraud, error or abuse. Commission percentages, eligibility rules, attribution rules, approval periods and payout procedures may be changed, suspended or discontinued by Famitek Co at any time. Changes may apply prospectively from the effective date communicated in the dashboard, these Terms or another reasonable notice channel. No affiliate has a permanent right to a particular percentage.
Affiliates may not use self-referrals, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, spam, false or unsubstantiated claims, impersonation, misleading coupons, paid advertising on Famitek Co trademarks without written permission, or any unlawful or deceptive promotion. Affiliates must disclose their financial relationship where required.
Famitek Co may reject an application, withhold or reverse invalid commissions, suspend links or close an affiliate account for fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, legal risk or abuse. Participation does not create employment, agency, franchise or authority to bind Famitek Co.
White-label partners
White-label access requires approval and may require separate commercial terms. Partners are responsible for their branding, customer communications, lawful domain use and authorized users. Custom domains are enabled only after ownership, TLS routing and authentication configuration are verified.
Tenant isolation is designed to separate partner data, but partners must not attempt to access another tenant or misrepresent report methodology, results or ownership.
Acceptable use
You may not scan systems you are prohibited from accessing, evade security controls, overload the service, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected components, resell access outside an approved partner arrangement, or use Famitek Co for unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity.
Intellectual property and customer content
Famitek Co and its software, branding and report formats remain Famitek Co property. You retain rights in information you submit and grant Famitek Co the limited permission needed to process it and deliver the service. You may use purchased reports internally and with professional advisers; broader resale requires an approved white-label arrangement.
Availability and liability
The service may change or experience interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Famitek Co is provided without implied warranties and Famitek Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Famitek Co’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event.
Termination, changes and contact
Famitek Co may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk or unlawful use. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
We may update these Terms for future use of the service. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Questions or legal notices may be submitted through the Contact page.
