    Complete checkout

    Review the live quote and complete a one-time checkout. Report orders are single purchases and never renew automatically.

    Receive the complete paid report

    Confirm the report targets, then open the completed report and its PDF from your private account when delivery is ready.

    Get support after delivery

    Support remains available through the contact flow and email replies for account, billing, delivery, and interpretation of customer-visible findings.

    Choose who implements

    Your team or agency can implement approved recommendations, or you can request a separately scoped managed implementation. Hands-on work is not included with the report purchase.

    Remeasure when you are ready

Enterprise Report

A guided, reviewed engagement

Agree the scope first, receive a stakeholder handoff, then choose implementation ownership.

    Discovery confirms the objectives, stakeholders, properties, markets, constraints, and decisions the report needs to support.

    Approve the scope

    A written proposal defines deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, responsibilities, timing, support, and an objective quote before work begins.

    Begin scoped white-glove onboarding

    After approval and payment, onboarding coordinates the agreed kickoff, stakeholder alignment, access, intake, report coordination, and findings handoff.

  4. 04

    Configure contracted access

    SSO and SCIM directory provisioning are included only when the signed agreement includes them for the contracted organization; they are not enabled by default.

  5. 05

    Receive a reviewed handoff

    The agreed assessment receives human review before the confidential report, prioritized roadmap, and stakeholder handoff are delivered within the approved scope.

  6. 06

    Assign implementation ownership

    Implementation can remain with your team or agency, be collaborative, or be delivered under a separate managed implementation statement of work.

  7. 07

    Follow the signed service terms

    An SLA applies only when it is negotiated and written into the signed agreement; support and delivery commitments follow those signed terms.

    Request follow-up measurement

    Existing customers can request separately scoped quarterly or annual reviewed packages, with cadence and delivery dates agreed and invoiced separately.
